This is a web tool that generates practice sheets for Chinese characters, including stroke order. The interface in entirely in Chinese, but the service is free and requires no log-in. To get stroke order, you have to tick one of the boxes where it says 比顺. There are other settings as well, such as changing the grid background, colours and so on. The tool generates a printable web page (save to PDF if you just want to save it). It can deal with both simplified and traditional Chinese, but I wouldn't trust it for details (see this article).
